3. Limitation of Liability: M00N Service is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
4. Termination of Services: M00N Service has the right to terminate services without notice in case of violation of the terms or for any other reason.
5. Prohibition of actions against the interests of the Russian Federation and the CIS: The Client undertakes to avoid actions directed against the interests of the Russian Federation and the CIS, including the distribution of malware, cyber attacks, disinformation, etc. M00N Service reserves the right to immediately terminate services without a refund if this condition is violated.
