A deal was made with this character through a guarantor. He offered business soaps, responding to my post. I asked him specifically for a sample of countries what exactly USA, CA are needed. As a result, several times I threw off a dirty mix of countries, of which there were only a couple of US valid ones. And all of them were harshly spammed earlier (well, that's not the point). Everything constantly promises that he will throw off the best obscenity, but nothing happens. He offered to return the money to me, he says he poured everything further into the mat. He constantly procrastinates, does not fulfill promises. The deal was for $165.
