I had a panel in this user’s shop where my items were being sold. We agreed on a 50% revenue split for each item sold.
Payment Issue - Each item was sold for 12.50, so I should receive approximately 6.25 per item based on our agreement. However, I was only credited 3.50 per item, which does not make any sense and does not match the agreed terms.
Payout Issue (No Payment Sent) - I attempted multiple times to receive my payout, but the He kept delaying.
24th I requested payout → he said he would pay → no payment sent
26th I followed up → he told me to create a ticket with my Bitcoin address → I did → no payment
28th After no response → he told me to create another ticket with a Monero address → I did → still no payment
Current Situation.
No payout has been received to date.
He was ignoring messages and giving excuses until I stated I would open a blacklist on the forum after that, he became responsive.
He recently claimed he issued “refunds,” which makes no sense and does not resolve the money owed to me.
Summary of Issues.
Underpayment per item - not honoring 50% agreement.
Complete failure to send payout.
Repeated delays and changing instructions.
Ignoring communication.
Misleading explanations e.g claiming refunds instead of paying.
The seller’s panel has now been removed from the shop, but my items are still listed and available for sale on the site.
I was willing to let this go and resolve things quietly, but you completely turned the table with your excuses and avoidance.
