Service Cost:
The service cost does not depend on the value of the package contents.
The service cost does not depend on whether the package was delivered to the dropper's home or picked up.
Service Rules:
We do not provide consolidation services.
1 track = 1 label = 1 charge.
We do not forward envelopes, credit cards, or the like.
Creating packages in the dropper's name is prohibited. With the exception of packages for pickup.
The maximum weight of an incoming package is 30 lbs.
Using credits, Billmelater, or other forms of payment is strictly prohibited.
Compensation for a lost package is $35 (added to the service balance).
The service is not responsible for packages added to a drop with a status other than "Ready."
Parcels without a tracking number are considered delivered only if the courier confirms receipt.
Parcels left at the door are considered delivered only if the courier confirms receipt.
