Our friends, we have successfully integrated a bot for the service team!
As our service is developing, and the number of orders is constantly growing, supports of the service began to encounter a problem - the complexity of controlling the flow of orders. Morever, it has become more difficult for them to interact with drawers and navigate work chats. We understood that all this inevitably increases the time for the return of your orders and wanted to organize the work so that the service team becomes more convenient
The development took 2 months and yesterday we finally launched the bot. The result pleased everyone - the team gave a positive feedback and felt relieved in the work processes. There are little things that we will fix in the near future. But now we are moving to a new level of organization, so we can work even more efficiently!

– We work on full-prepaid basis because we are confident in the quality of our work and are always do our best,
if we made a mistake somewhere. Please do not disturb support if you are not ready to pay for your order;
– We accept payment in btc, and are always ready to work with guarantor, if you want to.
