Leak Bazaar - next-generation data exchange

Good evening, dear colleagues.
SnowTeam presents its new project – Leak Bazaar. This is a closed corporate data exchange, powered by our own server cluster for deep dump analysis.

For those familiar with our previous articles, the solution architecture will come as no surprise. We spent extensive private testing on real datasets to ensure the stable processing of tens of terabytes of complex data. The fact that the problem of monetizing "refuseniks" is extremely pressing in the market is obvious to everyone. You've worked on the corporate network, uploaded terabytes of data, but the target refused to pay the ransom. Leaking such datasets to DLS (Data Leak Site) for the sake of PR means locking in losses.

We offer an infrastructure that allows you to convert dead weight into real profit.

How our server cluster works:
Forget about hacked-together scripts and vibe coding. The system core was written by professional enterprise developers with years of experience.

1. Automation and ML. The cluster hardware-basedly filters out system junk (OS backups, .dll, .iso files), ancient files like mammoth shit, and performs deep NLP analysis of text arrays. A professional mathematician is responsible for the mathematical model of our filtering algorithms.

2. DBMS and ERP reverse engineering. Raw dumps — SQL, SAP, or Oracle exports—are a separate issue. They usually sit idle because no one wants to deal with them without a deployment environment. Our server parsers automatically analyze the table structure and extract the most valuable information: financial transactions, payroll, and contractors. The output is a clean export (Excel/CSV). This functionality is currently in beta, but the results are already impressive.

3. Cataloging. The final material is automatically broken down into high-margin areas: QFR (quarterly reports), M&A, R&D (source code and development), and personal data.

We also carefully evaluate the technologies: neither algorithms nor ML provide 100% results. Therefore, at the final stage, our in-house analysts are brought in. They specialize in processing corporate data and manually validate the extracted data, submitting only verified material to the storefront.

Leak Bazaar as a pressure tool:
Having your data in our processing system radically changes the course of negotiations. Previously, you would send the target's management a file listing (tree), which often caused the security team to laugh out loud, seeing endless lists of executables/dlls and other junk that rclone can handle. Now you're laying out an Analytical Report on their desk, in which a knowledgeable person can easily uncover many "skeletons in the closet": evidence of working with individuals on the OFAC/SDN sanctions lists (which automatically means multi-million dollar fines and criminal risks for the board of directors), shadow accounting, and unissued financial statements.
The prospect of selling this sorted pool on an exchange, where the QFR will be bought by bear traders and the blueprints will be snatched up by competitors, can radically change the course of negotiations.

Proposal for buyers (Competitive Intelligence, Trading):
We take a differentiated approach. No one needs to buy 5 TB of raw data.
For example, if you, as a technical specialist, are only interested in the company's R&D (source code, documentation, test results), you buy only that segment. On a traditional platform, you would have to take the entire archive and create your own scam to parse it. With us, you select only the selected segment.

Work Organization and Support:
We invite both buyers and data providers (RaaS, IAB, independent pentesters) to collaborate. The number of seats is unlimited.

Financial Terms and Sales Formats:
We invite both buyers and data providers (RaaS, IAB, independent pentesters) to collaborate. The number of seats is unlimited.
The base profit split is 70% in favor of the data provider.

The purchase format is determined by the end buyer. Two options are available:
1. Single Purchase (Exclusive). The buyer pays 100% of the list price, and the data is permanently removed from the storefront. The seller receives a one-time 70% commission.
2. Multiple Purchase. In this case, the base price for the buyer is split equally. However, the archive remains on the exchange and is available for further sale. The seller's profitability is unlimited: you will receive a stable 70% commission on each new sale of your material.

Leak Bazaar's qualified support team will provide full transaction support. We are also ready to provide consulting assistance during negotiations with the target, expertly arguing the risks and consequences of selling their data through our exchange.

Raw data requirements for uploading to processing:
1. Exclusive: data must not be public or DLS-related.
2. Language: English (or with a predominantly English language).
3. Revenue target: strictly from $10,000,000.
4. Volume: from 100 GB (preferably 1 TB or more).

All transactions are processed exclusively through a Escrow.

Price: $1000

ATTENTION!
We have a referral program - up to 10% of the purchase amount for each buyer.
