Terms of cooperation
1. The payout percentage is discussed before payment. If you haven't specified otherwise, this is not the service's problem.
2. The service is not responsible for funds blocked by the bank. In the event of a block, the service provides proof of the block, whenever possible. Some banks, like BBVA, report an incorrect password when logging in. You can wait for screenshots from email, etc., but situations vary, and the service is not responsible for such blockages.
3. In the case of additional verification at banks or exchanges, such as asking for a selfie, a document scan, a statement, and so on, and the service is unable to complete this, this is considered a block. The service will do everything possible to retrieve the funds, but does not guarantee payment if additional verification is requested.
4. When sending regular SEPA payments, if our bank is blocked or restored after sending, you agree to call the sender's bank and request a refund. The service is not responsible if anything happens to the bank while the funds are in the account. Even if you are unable to complete the refund, the service is not obligated to pay you anything.
5. Before sending money, always ask support to contact the bank and verify the details. The service is not responsible if you do not confirm with support whether the bank is still active and send the funds there. You should confirm this immediately before sending. For example, you were given an IBAN yesterday, sent it a day later, but the bank restored the drop, or the bank was blocked. In this case, it will be your fault, so always check before sending.
6. If for some reason we are unable to access the bank to verify your payment, you are required to call the bank and cancel it. If you ultimately cannot return it, that is your problem. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for unconfirmed funds.
7. If the funds are blocked not at the main bank, but at a middleman, such as an exchange or company, you wait for them to be retrieved. The service does not guarantee blocking, but in 99% of cases, if this happens at a middleman, the money is retrieved, so I advise against panicking prematurely.
8. If the service does not have time to withdraw the funds before the complaint is received, this is not the service's fault and is considered a block.
9. Before you begin working, you automatically agree to these rules, even if you haven't seen them. They're in every advertisement and on every forum thread.

We strive to pay your interest in cryptocurrency on the same day. Your interest payment is individual and depends on various factors.
