Service Rules

3. Refund request A refund request can be sent within 5 minutes after viewing the full card information. The system will automatically refund you if the card is invalid or the specified data is missing.
4. Refunds We do not issue refunds for prepaid cards. Please pay attention to the information on the refund rules for each card.
