We accept your stuff:
We accept only clean* packs, from your drops\intermediaries, or goods purchased with white funds (under refunds) - if agreed in advance!
For dirty packs from shops, you will be denied payment and further work with the service.
We do not accept equipment on 110v unless agreed in advance.
Cost of packs
:
The cost of packs is determined by the minimum cost of the goods on www.idealo.it/fr/de, if this is USA, then Amazon.com/BestBuy/Walmart or the shop where the ship was from. It is calculated from the minimum cost regardless of the color, additional items are not taken into account unless agreed upon in advance, also pay attention to the notes in the buy sheet.
If the product model is completely new, i.e. not presented on idealo/Amazon or presented in small quantities,
due to which an incorrect understanding of its price may arise, then in this case it is looked at by manually monitoring prices in shops.
The payment amount is calculated and recorded on the day the warehouse receives the parcel (changes in the price of the product are possible from the moment of sending to the moment of receipt).
Payment
:
Payment is made after checking the contents of the parcel for compliance with the declared.
Payment within 2-3 working days from the moment of Delivered to our warehouse excluding weekends.
Packages are usually checked on working days (Saturday\Sunday are usually non-working days).
The payment process takes 24-48 hours from the moment of Delivered (excluding weekends).
We accept and carry out payments only in USDT trc20, unless agreed upon in advance.
Having agreed in advance, we can arrange payment for you in almost any currency.
It is prohibited
:
Send dirty packs, carding from the shop to the drop address/warehouse.
Indicate your name in the recipient line, we always give the personal name of the drop as the recipient to avoid confusion and possible problems from courier services (The name that we issued is allowed to be distorted).
The service is not responsible:
The service is not responsible for packs that did not arrive at the warehouse. (example: gray label, drop recalled the parcel, customs).
For damaged packaging boxes (for example, an open or dented iPhone box case).
In case of calls from shops, arrival of holders or cops, no compensation is provided
The service is not responsible for packs lost due to incorrect information (Please carefully fill in the information for each pack).
If the pack is left with the front door, porch status and the drop did not find it at his door. Please choose delivery with signature required - (mandatory signature).
The service is not responsible for the work of post offices and possible refusals to issue packs to drops.
If you made a product that is not on the list without agreeing with us, then do not be surprised if we reduce the percentage or do not pay for it at all.

We will always do everything in our power to save your packs.
You can find the list of accepted goods in the "List of goods" section in the official telegram channel, or by request from the Support or the Admin of the service. The percentage and positions may change, follow the news.
If you did not bother to read the news and the pack was sent after the publication of the news with a change in %, questions about buying for a higher % are not accepted.
We only accept new goods, if you made a Refurbished or Used product, then the payment will be much lower or there will be no payment at all.
If you can make a product that is not on the list, please write to the contacts and agree on this (individually).
If you made a product that is not on the list without agreeing on this with us, then do not be surprised if we reduce the percentage or do not pay for it at all.
If you want to make a product from a category without certain models, for example (clothes, jewelry, etc.), then be sure to check in Telegram whether we will take this model, product or not.
The service has the right to unilaterally terminate cooperation with you for the following reasons: deliberate "killing" of drops; deliberate actions that interfere with the operation of the service and for some other reasons.
