I have refrained from opening a blacklist thread for awhile due to learning some patient and personal promise to moderators of the forum but i had to now.
Bought a card on the seller's store on 9th Dec and while checking the card stuck then timed out. i opened ticket on their store that same min. for a whole week no response. after few days over a week he replied saying refund but never refunded me my money back. sent tickets again nothing.
