When working with DeFi instruments, I often need to transfer assets between networks. This is due to the fact that the yield on certain instruments in different networks is always changing. And sometimes some instruments are only available on one specific network.

In this regard, there is a need to transfer stablecoins and other assets between different networks. Personally, I use bridges all the time to squeeze the most out of my capital.

⚡ Stargate Finance

I use it to transfer stablecoins and ETH between most EVM networks, as well as to transfer BTC.B between Arbitrum and Avalanche. Low commission and fast transactions. Moreover, this is the flagship project of LayerZero.

⚡ Celer Bridge

On stargate finance, there is no way to transfer weth from avalanche to other EVM networks. For this, I use celerbridge. This is the only direction that interests me here.

⚡ Portal Bridge

I use it to transfer large amounts of USDC, since there is a fixed commission and does not depend on the transfer amount. And also to transfer stables to other networks, for example SUI, Aptos, Solana. Be careful, since tokens received through the bridge do not always have liquidity on the final network. Current directions can be found here.

⚡ Orbiter Finance

I use it to transfer ETH and stables between most L2 networks. For example, from Base to Scroll, from ZkSync to Arbitrum. Stargate Finance does not always have the directions I need. That is why my pool of bridges is not limited to this one.

These bridges cover 99% of all the areas that are needed for effective work in DeFi for me personally.

I start from my experience and the areas that interest me. There are other bridges that I can use from time to time. But these 4 are more than enough.
