2. STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Make envelopes on the full names that are in the BG from our addresses.
   For failure to comply with this point, we have the right to take away the deposit. In case of non-payment of the fine, we will resort to arbitration!
3. If the address was issued more than 5 days ago - the Client is obliged to clarify the relevance of the address! In case of ignoring this point - we will try our best to get the envelopes, but we do not bear any responsibility for this! No need to write to us that the card went to the address that we issued 3 weeks ago.
4. The price of receiving 1 envelope is $200.
   An advance payment of 25% [$50] of the cost of the service is required. The advance payment is taken into account when paying for the full cost of the service.
   If the service has become irrelevant for the client / our services have not been performed (the card has not arrived, etc.) - we can return the deposit back to the client.
5. We can forward your envelopes to you! Check with support in advance about the need for forwarding! Not all addresses are available for forwarding! Price Receipt + Forwarding [WITHOUT PHOTO]: $150 (tracking number - at our expense)
   Price Receipt + Forwarding [WITH PHOTO]: $300 (tracking number - at our expense)
6. If your account is locked/no longer needed/other reasons and you report this BEFORE the card is delivered to our address, we will NOT charge your deposit and can return it to you!
7. We are not responsible for bank locks/masslock/fraud/hold/freeze, etc. If our services have been provided to you, we have the right to request the remaining payment and not return the prepayment that covers our expenses!
8. If you were unable to send to the address after several attempts, you do not need to push it all the way, request a new address, we will give you one without any problems. Respect yourself and other colleagues who also work with these addresses.
9. The client who requested the address is obliged to notify Us of the full name and bank that is sent to the address issued to him, or warn about the relevance of Our services for him. In case of failure to notify Us of the full name and bank - we are not responsible for the storage of cards and have the right to destroy them!
10. Warn us in advance about additional letters - PIN from BofA, etc. We do not know what should come with your envelope, except for the main content that you sent. Receiving additional letters that are not the main content is FREE.
11. We are not responsible for receiving an empty letter / undelivered letters / mistakes on the part of courier services. Couriers sometimes make mistakes and this is not our responsibility.
12. After full payment for our services, we send a photo of the card + a photo of the cut card, as a guarantee that no one will touch your funds.
13. By purchasing any product from us you automatically agree to the rules. Ignorance does not exempt from liability.
