- The balance cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.
- Insulting service employees and the service in general is strictly prohibited.
- If the proxy is offline, it can be returned within an hour after purchase using the cancel button on the site. In any other cases, a return is not possible.
- We are not responsible if the proxy goes offline after 60 minutes from the moment of purchase. This does not mean that each proxy will remain online only for the first 60 minutes - this directly depends on the stability of the proxy server.
- It is prohibited to use proxies for email newsletters, spam or any activity related to this topic.
- We are not responsible for account hacking, but we can help the original owner recover the username and/or password.
- We do not bear any responsibility if a customer complains or makes a claim about poor quality of service without understanding how our service works.
- We do not provide any guarantees regarding the presence of a blacklist or a high fraud score. We check proxies exclusively on Spamhaus PBL and Spamhaus XBL. The status of these blacklists can be viewed before purchase.
- There is no return due to a mismatch of geolocation (see 9.1 and 9.2).
9.1. We use the most up-to-date paid geo databases in combination with determination by geolocation of a mobile device, which allows us to determine geo with maximum accuracy.
9.2. All our proxies work on real mobile devices, whose IPs tend to constantly change: when the device owner moves, switches networks, and so on and so forth.
